For bespoke service, we offer three Preferred Service programs as well as an À La Carte option.Your investment will pay off with a proactive team working to monitor your system constantly.  This ultimately prolongs the life of your system components. With a support program, you will have the peace of mind that your system will perform optimally for years to come.

The Silver, Gold + Platinum Programs each include one (1) OVRC Internet Protocol (IP) gateway unit. This key device enables us to provide onsite and remote service for your system, including IP reboot, system health status + report, WAN ping, scan + monitor equipment, system notifications, and push live software updates across the network. 

SILVER PROGRAM

foundation SYSTEM support

From 2k Per Year
Foundation systems typically involve a standard computer network and 1-2 distributed audio and/or video zones.
You must schedule software updates in advance.
Minimum 1-year commitment.

Note:
This option includes updated revisions of your existing software, not an upgraded Savant system license. Administrative product registration, manufacture repairs, or assistive warranty labor are not included.

Includes:

  • One (1) OVRC Internet Protocol gateway unit
  • Four (4) quarterly remote monitoring checkups
  • Remote software updates on host
  • Troubleshooting, diagnostics, and defective equipment replacement at preferred client rates

GOLD PROGRAM

advanced system support

From 3k Per Year
This program covers systems that involve more complex networks engineered with static IPs and DHCP reservations set on equipment. Includes power management, 3-4 zones of distributed audio + video, lighting + shading control (10-30 loads), light HVAC control (3-4 zones).

This program also includes security integration, gate & door access, 1-2 surveillance cameras with NVR, embedded media resources requiring usernames/passwords/login verifications, and up to two additional lifestyle services.
You must schedule software updates in advance. 
Minimum 1-year commitment.

Includes:

  • One (1) OVRC Internet Protocol gateway unit
  • Four (4) quarterly site visits
  • Remote software updates on host
  • Troubleshooting, diagnostics, and defective equipment replacement at preferred client rates

Plus:

  • Free tech support calls during normal business hours
  • Software revision updates on existing host + auxiliary equipment
  • 25% discount applied towards an existing Savant license upgrade
  • Administrative process to facilitate manufacturer warranty
  • Assistive labor service (deinstallation + reinstallation) as required

PLATINUM PROGRAM

lifestyle system support

All-Inclusive
Our most comprehensive luxury program is tailored to our clients who require concierge service. Depending on the complexity of the system, this option will average 10% of the installed system cost per year.
You  must schedule software updates in advance.
Minimum 3-year commitment.

Includes:

  • One (1) OVRC Internet Protocol gateway unit
  • Four (4) quarterly site visits
  • Remote software updates on host
  • Troubleshooting, diagnostics, and defective equipment replacement at preferred client rates
  • Free tech support calls during normal business hours
  • Software revision updates on existing host + auxiliary equipment
  • 25% discount applied towards an existing Savant license upgrade
  • Administrative process to facilitate manufacturer warranty
  • Assistive labor service (deinstallation + reinstallation) as required

Plus:

  • Technical labor to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and replace equipment during normal + after normal business hours
  • Unlimited service calls or site visits during normal + after normal business hours
  • Warranteed equipment replacement of all -provided equipment from initial installation not to exceed 25% of the annual contract per quarter (e.g., if the annual service contract is 10k annually, quarterly replacement will not exceed 2.5k, unless the damage is directly attributed to TOAD)

We recommend this option for smaller projects and for clients who are considering our more extensive support programs. You can experience premium service without a long-term commitment.
